Dear Partners,

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to our Partner Meeting in Aarhus this September - my first in the role as CEO of Deloitte Denmark.

This gathering is an important moment for us to come together as partners, to reflect on where we are, and to look ahead at the opportunities and responsibilities that lie before us. Aarhus provides the perfect setting for open dialogue, strong connections, and meaningful discussions about our shared future.

Over the course of the meeting, we will focus on our strategy, our collaboration, and how we continue to strengthen Deloitte’s position in Denmark—together. Just as importantly, this is time to reconnect, exchange perspectives, and build on the strong partnerships that define our firm.

I very much look forward to welcoming you in person and spending some inspiring and valuable days together in Aarhus.

This year, all business unit Partner meetings will be held the day before our joint Partners meeting – thereby ensuring that you can connect within your respective BU and focus on the agendas most relevant to you as well.

Activities

The afternoon is allocated to social activities where we can connect and compete. In total, four hours are dedicated to these activities. Upon registration, please select your preferred activities in order of priority. We will do our best to match you with your preferred options. Your personal afternoon programme will be shared with you closer to the event. Depending on your choices, you will participate in at least two activities, based on their duration.

Please note that it will be possible to change clothing before and after the activities.

Experience the thrill of real sailing in Aarhus Bay with our Match Race Regatta! Receive expert instructions, form teams of five per boat, and compete head-to-head in an intense two-hour race. It’s all about teamwork, speed, and strategy – the perfect way to build team spirit on open water. Race with boats of the types DS37's & Match28. You're welcome to bring own equipment if that's preferred.
Dress for the weather. Waterproof and windproof clothing is recommended.
Life jackets provided. Instructor, boat, safety gear, and light refreshments.

Step aboard the beautiful historic schooner Northern Grace and sail into Aarhus Bay for a two-hour maritime adventure. Help raise the sails, enjoy refreshments, and take in the stunning coastal views.
Comfortable, warm clothing suited for the season. A windbreaker is recommended.
Sail experience, crew, and light refreshments.

Bring out your inner musician in this two-hour group activity. Everyone gets an instrument – no experience needed! Through practice, play, and with assistance from professional musicians, your team will perform a song together at the end.

Feel the thrill of competition in miniature with our RC boat racing challenge! In pairs, you’ll steer speedy remote-controlled boats across the harbour in an energetic 45-minute activity.
Weather appropriate outerwear and practical shoes; outdoor event.

Feel the thrill in your body as you rappel down the building’s facade in a safe environment. This 45-minute activity combines challenge, adrenaline, and teamwork with a stunning harbor view.
Please wear sportswear and flat shoes.

Embark on a flavorful journey through the art of brewing. Discover brewing techniques, ingredients, and beer styles while tasting curated selections.
Tasting session, local craft beers, presentation by brewer.

Get your adrenaline pumping with a high-speed RIB adventure on Aarhus Bay! For 45 minutes, feel the wind in your hair and the waves beneath as you zip across the water.
Waterproof and windproof clothing is recommended.
Life jackets, safety gear, a skipper and RIB boat are included.

Enjoy a 45-minute wellness experience featuring two saunas and two wilderness baths, each with space for 8-10 people, offering warmth, fragrance, and a cosy atmosphere.
Bring swimwear.
Bathrobe, towels, access to saunas, wilderness baths, and light refreshment.

Become a chocolatier for a day! In this 45-minute workshop, learn to temper, mold, and decorate delicious chocolate creations while enjoying rich aromas of cocoa.

Glide across the inner harbour on a stand-up paddleboard during this 45-minute activity. Whether you prefer a relaxing paddle or a friendly race, SUP offers a fun, social, and refreshing experience.

Unleash your inner bartender in this lively 45-minute cocktail masterclass. Learn how to mix, shake, and garnish like a pro – including crafting the same welcome drink served later in the evening.

24 September: This year’s BU Meeting will be held across multiple locations in Aarhus. Please contact us for further information at deloitte@eventually.dk.
25 September: This year’s Partner Meeting will take place at the Aarhus International Sailing Center (Sejlsportscenteret), Esther Aggebos Gade 80A, 8000 Aarhus Ø.
All partners are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the Partner Meeting. We encourage the use of public transportation. Please note that no bus transportation from Copenhagen will be provided this year.
